General Summary:

Support respective Accurex sales efforts by assisting account managers and other personnel in maintaining and servicing accounts on a daily basis.

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides phone support and customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Answers inquiries regarding order status, general shipping issues, credits, return goods authorization, additional bills, and order changes.
  • Relays feedback from reps and customers on how to improve service to the supervisor.
  • Provide general technical assistance or directs inquiries regarding in-depth technical assistance.
  • Assists account managers with CAPS, rep network and other applicable systems.
  • Provides day-to-day support for administrative tasks such as onboarding binders, department mailings, etc.
  • Prepares information as needed for quarterly buying group shows.
  • Supports specific accounts as needed.

 

Job Qualifications:

Work requires a level of knowledge in a specialized field, which is equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a regular two-year or associate’s degree program, or equivalent job experience.

  • Some analytical ability required. 
  • Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft office.
  • Strong customer service and phone skills.
