Who We’re Looking For:

We are currently looking to fill a variety of Advanced Production Positions.

These positions will include various skill sets, including: Laser Operator, Forming, Welding, Controls, and Wiring Operators.

We also look for these positions to be foundational in our Production area and these will become leadership/team lead roles as our plants grow and evolve.

This person would be based out of Tulsa, OK and would train at our North Carolina facility. There will be company paid travel during the first few months to our North Carolina facility for training.

Please include all relevant manufacturing experience.

Highlighting specific skills, and knowledge of various machines and techniques.

 

We are looking for candidates with a variety of the following skill sets:

  • Leadership/Team Lead skills
  • Ability to train and mentor on the production floor
  • Blueprint Reading
  • Brazing
  • Welding
  • Sheet Metal Fabrication
  • Electrical/Schematic Controls
  • SAP/ERP Computer/Program knowledge
  • Mechanical Aptitude

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED, required
  • Between 1 to 3 years prior manufacturing experience (sheet metal and press brake experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven math and computer skills
  • Ability to read measuring devices, use caliper and thickness gauges. 
  • Ability to distinguish between various material types and thickness.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of concentration to ensure quality work
  • Reliability, effective communication skills and a strong team player
  • Ability to read blueprints (basic knowledge of AutoCad preferred)
  • Ability to travel to North Carolina for initial training

Physical Demands:

  • Must lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Standing for a minimum of 8 hours per day
  • Continuous lifting, kneeling, pulling, bending, etc.
