As a Sales Assistant, you would support your assigned regional sales effort by assisting your sales supervisor in maintaining and servicing accounts on a daily basis, with timely response.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer inquiries regarding, order status, general shipping issues, RGA’s, credits, additional bills, and order changes

  • Relay feedback from reps and customers on how to improve service to the supervisor

  • May occasionally participate in Rep training visits

  • Provide general technical assistance or direct inquiries regarding in-depth technical assistance

  • Assists reps with using our own Greenheck systems

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required

  • 1 to 3 years of work experience is required

  • Some analytical ability required (Any analysis requires rearranging of numbers, reformatting of documents prepared by others, reconciliations requiring basic math)

  • Familiarity period is 7-12 months

  • Ability to exercise independent judgement

  • Communication skills, while working with internal and external contacts
