Greenheck’s Inside Sales Specialist (OEM) will be responsible for product sales, comparisons and competitive analysis, account development and support, systems training sessions, product price quoting and ensuring that Greenheck is maintaining the reputation that we are the easiest company to do business with by providing exceptional customer service.

As the Inside Sales Specialist (OEM), you will:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers, engineers, manufacturer representatives and internal sales force in the selection and application of products sold.
  • Assist customers, dealers, engineers and purchasing in pricing of products, developing price quotes as needed
  • Collaborate with Greenheck engineers & manufacturing in design/development of products according to customer requirements
  • Forward customer input on product literature, submittals and CAPs development on new and existing product offerings
  • Manage orders for customers through various systems
  • Collaborate with business unit, order entry, engineering and production scheduling to ensure customer orders are built and shipped on time.
  • Maintain superior customer service levels for accounts
  • Resolve issues in a timely fashion to eliminate future issues with products sold on a volume basis
  • Evaluate product offerings and advise engineering and purchasing as to changes to the product that may be required to meet customer needs.
  • Familiarize with competitive products through catalogs and literature to be able to assist customers in the selection and application of products
  • Manage product discounts to maximize profitability of organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of related experience
