As the Sales Coordinator, you will support respective regional sales effort by assisting regional sales support specialist in servicing accounts on a daily basis and ensure we remain the easiest company to do business by quickly responding to reps requests, questions and needs.

 

Your responsibilites will include:

  • Provide customer service assisting all regions with emails and phone calls based on the regions volume
  • Answer inquiries regarding, order status, general shipping issues, RGA’s, credits, additional bills, and order changes.
  • Relays feedback from reps and customers on how to improve service to the supervisor.
  • Consistently participates in factory visits.
  • Provide technical assistance or directs inquiries regarding in-depth technical assistance.
  • Assists reps with CAPS, RepNet programs, and Greenheck.com.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Greenheck products.
  • Assist with training of new employees, reps, and fan fundamentals training.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements.
  • Participates in a minimum of one pit stop per year.
  • Proficient with problem solving.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Work requires, in addition to the skills normally acquired through a general high school education, specialized or technical training which may be obtained in high school commercial or shop courses or by a relatively brief period (less than two years) of intensive preparation outside of school.
  • Between 1-3 years of work experience is required.
  • Some analytical ability required.  Any analysis requires rearranging of numbers, reformatting of documents prepared by others, reconciliations requiring basic math.  Recalculates information into different format without changing its basic content.
  • Familiarity period is 7-12 months.
