Co-op and Internship Program
Greenheck Group’s Co-op and Internship Program offers hands-on educational opportunities for students enrolled in a four-year college or university. Co-ops and interns have the opportunity to develop a wealth of knowledge in specific functions by working hand-in-hand with experienced employees. Co-op terms run for eight months starting in either January or May. A limited number of intern openings over summer months may be available at select locations.

Assist sales and marketing team in the areas of product planning and development, coordination of application support, special designs, product and application training programs for the respective product line and its channels.
Manufacturing, LEAN, and Industrial Engineer
Enhance factory productivity, cost reduction and product quality through the analysis and continued improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, material flow, plant layout, methods and product designs.
Product Development Engineer
Produce designs, redesigns of new and existing products to complement and enhance product offerings and continually improve quality, minimize production costs and sustain a competitive advantage in the air movement and control industry.
Works closely with sales, marketing, design engineering, and manufacturing to improve processes, implement testing procedures, and drive operational efficiency with regards to electrical designs and DDC controls programming for air handling products.
Directly supervises production areas. Support company net sales objectives by striving to continually meet or exceed company on-time shipping goals while maintaining superior product quality, safety, and employee relations.
Build a production schedule that supports the sales and operations plans that will maximize labor while providing a high level of customer service. Works with manufacturing to ensure level schedules in accordance with plant capacity and key performance indicator.
Directly execute the receipt of purchased and manufactured parts and material. Support corporate net sales objectives by striving to continually meet or exceed company on-time shipping goals by providing timely distribution of materials/parts to the various manufacturing areas. Ensure that inventory accuracy goals are met and maintained.
Provides general support within Accounting and Finance through participation in many different areas to establish an understanding of the organization, accounting practices, and company policy. Serves as a resource on projects. May be involved in the budget process, strategic planning, standards development, product costing, capital projects, fixed asset management, general accounting, A/P, A/R, and other areas as assigned.
Responsible for designing, developing, supporting and managing computer hardware, software and information networks. Common positions include Systems Coordinator, Systems Specialist, Programmer, and Computer Support Technician.
Leadership Development Program for Recent Graduates
Developed specifically to build our future leaders, LEAD is a highly selective program for a small number of recent graduates to excel quickly in the company. LEAD, Leadership Excellence Accelerated Development, is designed as three to four job rotations of six to nine months each across a multiple of disciplines with a high level of exposure to executive management. Graduates of the LEAD program are well suited to move into leadership positions at an accelerated pace.
