Precision Coils is proud to be a part of Greenheck Group, one of America’s Best Midsize Employers as rated by Forbes! Precision Coils is looking for 2nd and 3rd Shift Coil Builder starting pay is BOE and $2.00 shift preimum 

 

As a Coil Builder you are responsible for building coils according to bluepring to supply the next manufacturing process. 

Responsibilities and duties include:

  • Identify and prioritize what work is to be performed using SAP
  • Retrieve the coil components-sheet metal, fins, copper
  • Build coil according to print conducting the necessary quality checks such as fins per inch, correct lengths, drain pans on correct
  • Send coil to next process
  • Confirm coil in SAP

 

Applicants must be able to work 2nd and 3rd shift hours, overtime as needed and have the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Stable work history in a manufacturing or other hands-on field, brazing experience preferred 
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Experience reading a tape measure
  • Experience reading blue prints 
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Computer skills
  • Detail oriented - precision and accuracy
  • High level of professionalism
