General Summary: This position will play a primary role in the planning, leading, and testing aspects of implementing IT projects and new features in a Web/Client based architecture through requirements gathering and functional specification to ensure that developed solutions support business objectives. The role requires the ability to take initiative, develop and evolve processes.  Ability to analyze systems to determine what to test, the priority of those tests and the best way to test is an integral part of this role.   Strong organization, project management, and communication skills are necessary to coordinate between IT and multiple business users at various levels of the organization. Knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems is beneficial. This is a remote based role and can be located anywhere in the United States.



  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to drive the design and development of solutions
  • Facilitate the delivery of medium to large-sized projects cross-functionally
  • Establish project priorities and deadlines based on assessed business value and goals
  • Analyze IT project requirements and translate to the appropriate scope, objectives and detailed requirements for development teams
  • Coordinate with developers, quality assurance teams, and users to test processes and ensure functionality and user acceptance
  • Facilitate and execute the testing process including building of test scripts, test plans and coordination of IT and business testing
  • Communicate functional and technical information to business teams as needed


Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of relative work experience 
  • Familiarity with entire software development life cycle and test cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Integration, etc.)
  • Understanding of web application architecture and deployment
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures to support various development methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adjust pace and schedule to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, leads and subject matter experts
  • Knowledge and/or proficiency in Jira desired
  • Self-motivated, works well independently and with others
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
