General Summary:

Support corporate net sales objectives through the management of maintenance and safety programs, ensuring governmental compliance and by providing assistance with corporate facility expansions and improvements.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and direct a team of maintenance personnel in Kentucky (KY) and California (CA) who are responsible for the integrity of Greenheck buildings, grounds and equipment.
  • Ensure production goals in KY and CA are obtained through timely and cost-effective repair of factory equipment to minimize downtime and maximize machine capacity and longevity.
  • Ensure that all Maintenance Excellence practices, policies, and procedures are followed.
  • Will utilize the CMMS to manage all maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical leadership by answering daily inquiries and assisting with solving problems. Coordinate communication with team across all shifts for the KY and CA locations.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with business partners, both internal and external.
  • Coordinate with our business partners to negotiate the purchase of and obtain information on equipment or services on current projects.
  • Monitor corporate wide critical spare parts, shop supplies and tooling.
  • Manage and provide education to other company personnel on governmental regulatory issues that affect the Greenheck manufacturing operations. (i.e. DNR, DOT, OSHA, EPA, NFPA and local municipalities).
  • Enforce corporate safety programs and work to continually improve safety and housekeeping awareness across KY and CA locations.
  • Provide technical consultation with others in the organization concerning process operation and capabilities.
  • Assist Corporate Services on facility expansions. Plan and implement utility projects and machinery rebuild/upgrade projects.
  • Travel to CA four times a year or as needed.



  • Work requires a professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, which is equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a regular four-year college program.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of maintenance experience is required.
  • 3 to 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity period of between 1 to 2 years.
