The Greenheck Group's Minnesota facility has full-time opportunities available this summer for family of current employees such as a child, niece, nephew, or other extended family members under company approval. Based on business need, summer help may be needed from mid-May through mid-September and available to qualified candidates who meet program guidelines. These positions are paid, but are not eligible for any company benefits. These positions are excluded from the company referral bonus program.


Potential work may include, but is not limited to:

  • Interior and exterior cleaning projects for buildings
  • Simple maintenance tasks for buildings and equipment
  • Basic computer projects
  • Yard care and maintenance
  • Painting projects
  • Production work (assembly, crating, component assembly)


Candidate guidelines:           

  • Must be a family member of current employees such as their child, a niece, a nephew, or other extended family members under company approval.
  • Must turn 18 on or before the start of their employment with us.
  • Wages will be $15.00/hr
    • Additional differentials will be added if working 2nd shift ($0.75)  or 3rd shift ($0.75)
  • Must be enrolled in college.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test, a criminal background screen, and fill out a pre-employment questionnaire.
  • Will be required to follow the policies and procedures of our company.
  • Will be required to adhere to our attendance policy
  • Must be willing and able to work any shift.
  • Candidates will be placed where coverage is needed, while also considering where the student will have the best chance to be successful. Students will generally not be working in the same area as their family member. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the company.
  • Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the job- lifting 50lbs without any restrictions.
