***Looking for candidates for 1st shift from 6am-2pm and 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm.***

 

Essential Functions

Job functions range from production/assembly to shipping and material handling. Team member will rotate between departments based on business needs.

  1. Mechanical and hands on assembly of Louvers, Curbs and Dampers.
  2. Lifting up to 50lbs, pushing, standing, bending, walking, twisting, climbing step ladders and carrying products/tools.
  3. Shipping, receiving and material handling functions range from unlodading trailers, storing products away, inventory management to supplying production lines with materials as requested. Additionally, works with 3rd party drivers to receive/dispatch orders.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Minimun Education Required:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

  • Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read blueprints and Engineering drawings preferred but not required.

Skills Required:

  • Must be able to read and use tape measure.
  • Experience handling tools (pneumatic, battery operated or manual).

 

Career Path

Potential advancement opportunities include:

  • Team Lead position and/or
  • Grade 1 or 2 depending on skills and business needs.

 

Environment Description:

  • Typical Working Conditions: depending ono season, shop floor may be warm or cold. May be exposed to rybbing alcohol, mechanical orils, and glue and installation fibers.
  • Equipment Used: hammer, nail gun, glue gun, screw driver, rachets, saw, tape measure, forklift, radio frequency guns and more.
