About This Opportunity:

Accurex is on the verge of becoming the market leader in Kitchen Ventilation and as we grow, we’re looking for a customer-service minded individual to support those goals. As the Inside Sales Coordinator, you will support the Accurex Sales Account Mangers and Inside Sales Specialist through coordination of processes for post-sale activities including: shipping coordination, billing inquiries and order coordination. You will impact the Accurex business by providing high-class service to both internal and external customers and assist in transforming our processes to better support our team and customers.


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Provide customer service support to both internal and external customers regarding order status, credits, return goods authorizations, order changes, shipping issues, etc.
  • Serves as back up to prepare, submit and coordinate orders for customers
  • Offer assistance to the order entry function including entering new orders, shipping and order changes and credit rebills.
  • Logs field problems.
  • Manage pre-sale activities through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.
  • Relay feedback from customers and reps on customer service and process improvements


Somethings We Think You Should Know:

  • Although we are currently working from home due to continued precautions our organization is taking in response to the pandemic, this role will return to on-site once the decision has been made to return to the office.
  • ​​​​​​​This position will be Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM


What You Should Have:

  • 1-3 years of customer service related experience is required, however a combination of experience and post-high school education will be considered
  • Excellent active communication skills including: verbal, non-verbal and written (email, chat)
  • Experience in Microsoft programs is required
