Your Opportunity:

The Sr. Talent Development Specialist is a key role to Greenheck’s talent development programs and initiatives. This position plans, develops, designs, implements, coordinates and conducts development programs to both new and existing employees in order to strengthen the organization's capabilities and to ensure it has the talent to meet current and future business needs. What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver group and individual learning/development offerings covering a range of technical, operational and/or management areas
  • Oversee and coordinate all internal/external training programs for all Greenheck Group locations
  • Participate in research, preparation and delivery of training programs designed to improve and enhance our team member’s skills and competencies
  • Collaborate with business units to identify, develop and deliver training solutions, managing execution to ensure business goals are met
  • Project management, from inception to implementation
  • Lead and participate in training needs assessment and business process change
  • Identify issues or concerns within learning objectives or in ongoing training, take appropriate actions to reduce learning constraints and improve desired behaviors, outcomes and training results.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure relevancy of learning objectives & delivery methods
  • Formulate and determine instructional methods such as individual, group instruction, lectures, virtual, in person, demonstrations, conference, meeting, and or workshops
  • Coordinate administrative functions necessary to delivery talent development programs
  • Manages learning management systems (SuccessFactors) including administration of courses, communication of courses to organization, tracking, etc.
  • Supervise talent development team
  • Provide guidance to Greenheck Group team members on appropriate educational and developmental programs based on career path
  • Program management for key leadership programs
    • Team Leader, Winning With Foundational Leadership, Dale Carnegie, Supervisor Development
  • Project manages new talent development initiatives and projects


Somethings we think you should know:

  • Although our organization has adapted to the remote work environment, the nature of this role requires this person to be within a commutable distance to our Schofield, WI location to collaborate with leaders, team members and deliver training. The flexibility for hybrid work from home will be considered.  


What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • +5 years of experience in training/learning and development and/or talent development
  • A combination of experience and education may be considered
  • Project management experience, working with multiple projects at one time in a high-energy and fast paced environment
  • Strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge and proven experience with adult learning principles
  • Experience with various learning software to engage audience
  • Analytical skills
  • Training delivery/facilitation experience
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to influence and collaborate across the organization.
