About This Opportunity:

Greenheck Group is a rapidly expanding business in central Wisconsin seeking an individual to join our dedicated and empowered finance leadership team.  As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide leadership to a business unit handling month end responsibilities, forecasting and target setting processes, but also vital in analyzing and making recommendations on pricing decisions as well as helping the team make educated strategic decisions that will maintain our strong financial standing while propelling us forward in even greater growth opportunities.

 

What you'll be doing:

- Dedicated business unit month end

- Forecasting and target setting

- Analyze and make recommendations on pricing

- Provide strategic, educated guidance on decisions for your respective business unit

 

What you'll need:

  • +5 years of progressive financial/accounting experience required and four-year degree in Finance/Accounting preferred. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience in operations finance required, manufacturing knowledge and experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in:
    • Budgeting, forecasting, analysis and cash flow
    • Working capital management to influence areas for improvement
    • Capital project analysis through knowledge and support of assigned business unit(s)
    • Processes and controls across finance and related supporting systems.
