Position Logistics: For the right candidate, this position can be remote. There may be frequent travel to Schofield, WI for training and occassional required in-person meetings. 

 

Your Opportunity:

 

As the Compensation Analyst/Sr. Compensation Analyst at Greenheck Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of the organization’s compensation programs. You will impact Greenheck Group by ensuring team member compensation records are maintained, compensation data is available to support company decision making and ensure Greenheck Group’s competitive position in the labor market is monitored.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Process documentation related to compensation
  • Administer annual salary/headcount budgeting process, providing relevant data making recommendations as appropriate and coordinating budget roll-up. Prepare periodic budget update reports for executive staff to monitor budget variance through the fiscal year.
  • Prepare salary survey data for submission and develop written comparisons of Greenheck Group’s salary data to the labor market
  • Partner with HR Business Partners with timely salary information and assistance for recruiting and team member development initiatives  
  • Provide headcount and turnover analysis to the organization
  • Provide recommendations to streamline salary administration

 

 

What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. However, a combination of education/experience will be considered.
  • +5 years of experience related to compensation is required
  • Experience with salaried and hourly populations is preferred
