Greenheck is searching for a professional and experienced Corporate Recruiter to drive our brand message, create and execute recruiting strategies and processes to proactively attract talented individuals to our organization. The individual in this role will partner with HR managers and hiring managers to source, screen, interview and assess candidates in a timely manner while providing a meaningful and positive candidate experience.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform full life cycle of recruiting activities to meet the organizations needs including sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screenings, and extending offers
  • Actively partner with our hiring managers and the business unit HR Managers and Generalists to understand needs
  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Maintain consistent communications with candidates at all stages of the recruitment cycle
  • Take an active role in University Recruiting
  • Work with hiring managers and  HR managers to fully understand their needs and develop positional recruitment strategies
  • Adhere to the Affirmative Action Plan and ensure all recruiting processes are in compliance with AAP and EEO requirements
  • Provide timely and accurate data to maintain recruiting metrics
  • Participate in employment events such as career fairs
  • Partner with schools and organizations to help inspire our members of our community to consider careers in manufacturing and Engineering 

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experienced in utilizing and leveraging social media for recruiting efforts
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Ability to manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible in a quickly changing environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Proficient with Word and Excel
  • Previous experience maintaining an Affirmative Action plan preferred
