About your opportunity:

As the culture and engagement specialist, you will assist in the development and execution of an employee engagement strategy to build and sustain a team-oriented, inclusive and cooperative culture at Greenheck Group. You will help distribute and analyze the annual engagement survey and work with HR business partners to turn results into data-driven action plans. The culture and engagement specialist will manage the company’s employee recognition program, supporting participation and engagement through ongoing campaigns and people-leader training. The objective for this role is to monitor culture and engagement metrics and support the strategies and programs that support positive results across the company.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with corporate management, human resources and talent acquisition, the C&E specialist assists in implementing and measuring strategic engagement programs and initiatives
  • Partner with Director of Culture & Engagement and Diversity/Equity/Inclusion core team, to implement a DE&I strategy
  • Serve as a primary member of the company’s Culture & Engagement + Onboarding + overall survey strategy team  
  • Manage the company’s new, third-party Employee Recognition Program with ongoing promotion, leader onboarding/training and metric reporting
  • Create monthly reports for Employee Recognition Program, onboarding and exit surveys, and other ongoing metrics
  • Partner with digital communication specialist to provides ideas for engaging team members across the company’s online platforms
  • Interpret data and analytics to help provide strategic recommendations for team member engagement
  • Serve on the company’s “Engage Team,” to help lead company-wide team member engagement activities, including Fourth of July and Manufacturing Month
  • Schedule and participate in quarterly check-in meetings with HR business partners to monitor ongoing progress for survey-related action plans
  • Promote collaboration among HR business partners and people-leaders to focus on impactful, strategic culture and engagement activities promoted and supported at the corporate level
  • Partner with Talent Development team to create leadership trainings that promote inclusivity, engagement, and retention

 

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or years of equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in human resources, employee engagement, and/or diversity/equity/inclusion
  • DE&I or engagement certifications are a plus, but not required
  • Experience with employee survey analysis
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Strong communication skills

  • Occasional travel may be required (<10%)
  • This position has flexibility to be located at one of our campus locations: Schofield, WI | Tulsa, OK | Shelby, NC. Remote will be considered for the right candidate.
