Greenheck's Engineering Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, developing, deploying and supporting software solutions for Greenheck’s growing engineering systems environment, with emphasis on CAM.

 

As the Systems Anlayst - Engineering, you will be responsible for:

  • Participate with other team members to plan and implement solutions in the Engineering Systems space, which may include purchased and developed solutions for CAD and CAM.  
  • Develop technical expertise with Greenheck’s CAM software solutions.  Support CAM operators and machine operators.  Provide excellent customer service.
  • Support CAD users and perform software installations and upgrades.  Understand the relationship between CAD and CAM.  Troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Monitor and administer live CAD/CAM production systems and software. 
  • Identify system and software issues.  Propose, test, and implement solutions to fix common issues.  
  • Document and communicate solutions to known issues.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications:   

  • Work requires extensive technical or specialized training such as that which would be acquired with a two or four-year college degree. Engineering, manufacturing, or IT-related education, training, or experience would be required.
  • Experience or training with modern CAM software or CNC machine operation or programming.  Experience with Trunest or Radan would be a plus.
  • Understanding of CAD 3D sheet metal design and manufacturing is desired.  Inventor and AutoCAD experience would be a plus. 
  • Training or experience with a modern computer programming language. Visual Basic .Net would be a plus.
