Greenheck’s Part Time Facilities Maintenance Tech will be handling routine maintenance and repair of both the interior and exterior of Greenheck facilities and providing timely and professional response to maintenance work requests.

 

As the Facilities Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for:

  • Routine maintenance and repairs including but not limited to:
    • Interir & exterior painting
    • Repairing drywall and plaster
    • Basic plumbing
    • Maintenance f fitness center equipment
    • Set up, repair and ergnomic adjustments of office furniture
    • Office and cubical mves and reconfigurations
    • Installing f office fixtures
  • Provide assistance on daily facilities operations activities and maintenance contractors
  • Testing and documentation of all fire protection systems
  • Provide minor maintenance on security system devices
  • Lead furniture installs on campus
  • Perform outside custodial duties such as snow removal as necessary
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures
  • Maintain company vehicles to ensure clean and fueled prior to use
  • Operate and complete corporate signage
  • Maintain organized warehouse storage and responsibility for inventory
  • Serve as a member of the on-call security team responding to facility emergencies

Qualified candidates will have:

  • HS Diploma or GED required. Construction or maintenance education is preferred
  • +1 year of previous experience in facility and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair, including basic electrical and carpentry repairs, simple plumbing and painting
  • Ability to work with multiple computer/software systems
  • Ability to lift/move 75 lbs
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and to plan, organize and complete projects in a timely manner
