About This Opportunity.

As the Finance Manager, you will work to drive improvement to the business and be engaged at various levels of the organization. You will provide strategic direction and drive change for multiple growing business units by preparing, reviewing, consolidating, explaining, and communicating financial data. You will support and lead a team of financial analysts that will also make a significant impact on the business.

You will partner with Greenheck Fan General Managers, Directors, Shared Services leaders and divisional presidents to provide subject matter expertise that will assist in making the best decisions for the organization. What will you be responsible for:

 

  • Support general managers and business partners at a higher level, be an integral part of the strategic planning process and business initiatives
  • Lead and influence continuous improvement throughout business unit teams and finance team
  • Month-end responsibilities to include roll-up of business segment high level commentary and forecast review/approval, as well as assisting in slide deck preparation and other reporting
  • Provide proactive business improvement ideas often, dedicating time regularly for this focus
  • Assist controller with entity level projects
  • Communicate to controller with key information and ensure alignment
  • Mentor and manage financial analyst staff 

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive financial/accounting experience required.
  • Manufacturing knowledge and/or progressive experience is required.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, analysis and cash flow
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented to handle in-depth, special projects.
  • Ability to successfully communicate/gain cooperation with all levels of management and support personnel within a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous direct leadership experience is required

Somethings we think you should know:

  • This position has the flexibility to be remote with the required responsibility to travel 10-20% to any one of our locations. 
  • Preference would be located at or near one of our main campuses: Schofield, WI | Shelby, NC | Tulsa, OK
  • 10-20% travel will be required, amount will be determined based on where hire lives
