The Hospitality and Events Coordinator is the primary point of contact for food service at the Education Center.  Working closely with the Education Center staff, this position will coordinate the food service and provide best in class hospitality for all of our events for our visitors. This posiiton also has the responsibility for all aspects of the Greenheck Company Store.

The Hospitality and Events Coordinator must have:

  • Prior experience in hospitality or other customer centric environment is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with attention to detail 
  • Ability to make independent decisions and exercise problem solving skils 
  • Individual must have a welcoming, approachable personality with a mindset towards customer service 
  • Must have a valid driver's license with safe driving record 
  • Ability to work a varied daily schedule that may include evenings and weekends 

As a Hospitality and Events Coordinator, you will:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for food service for customer visits, education center events and social events 
  • Coordinate and perform event room setup and overall general housekeeping
  • Interact with visitors at a level that creates a best in class experience 
  • Assist with scheduled training activities, including off-hour functions as needed 
  • Responsible for all aspects of the company store 
  • Maintain company store functions including processing & filling orders for external and internal customers 
  • Maintain inventory for ordering supplies and replenish as necessary 
  • Follow corporate marketing guidelines for all items in the Company Store 
  • Work with vendors both and internal and external customers supporting any special orders 
  • Provide assistance to the team in the execution of any logistical details as needed
