Your Opportunity:

Greenheck Group is hiring a Human Resource Intern to work from May - August 2023. In this role, you will gain meaningful experience by partnering with the corporate recruiting department. This position will allow you to impact our business while learning about our company and culture. 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist with full lifecycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, reviewing candidates, interviewing, and working directly with hiring managers.
  • Research and present findings/recommendations on topics such as social media and development of talent pools.
  • Assist with communication and engagement efforts across a variety of areas.
  • Projects involving candidate experience, college recruiting, and streamlining processes. 
  • Projects in other departments in HR will be considered.   

 

What you should have:

  • Enrollment in a related bachelor's degree program (Human Resources Management or similar). 
  • Previous HR coursework completed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Involvement in student SHRM or similar is preferred.

  • Be evaluated on your performance with a mid-term and final evaluation.
  • Present your projects and experiences to our company leaders and executives at the end of your term.
  • Participate in Fundamental Fridays - exposure to our business and business leaders.
