General Summary Application Development Role

Probvide application development support using standard, well-defined methods to support the business processses of Greenheck Fan. Programming support may include third party software or in-house developed programs. This posistion is able to devlopnew or revise existing programs to make refinements, increase operating efficiency or improve presnet techniques. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create systems design utilizing client requirements
  • Builds new applications and provides application software development services or technical support for enterprise applications and business products. 
  • Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Responsible for planning, coding, testing, debugging, delivering, maintaining, and documenting home-grown or vendor-supported software services and applications to support the internal business processess of Greenheck. 
  • Understands and demonstrates a good working knowledge of .net development (VB or C#). 
  • Experience with the usage of Java Script. 
  • Understands and works within the standards of the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design methodology. 
  • Document code approprately for maintainability. 
  • Frequently communicate with the business/systems analysts in the development process to discuss the system specifications and enhance skills for future career growth. 

 

General Summary IT Helpdesk

  • Install, maintain and support operating system software, including the determination of errors and the application of corrections, as necessary.
  • Diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems.  Recommend or perform minor remedial actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operations.
  • Install, maintain and support network and data communication hardware and software.
  • Provide second level of trouble-shooting in resolving problems.
  • Work with helpdesk to provide proper levels of customer service based on customer needs.
  • Performs related work as required.
