Your Opportunity:

Greenheck Group is looking for a highly motivated student to work from May - August of 2024. In this role, you will be immersed in international trade flow while working on a team that supports the entire organization. This position offers the opportunity to work at a corporate level making an impact on our business while learning about our company and culture. Greenheck Group is very proud of its involvement in the college education process and is committed to furthering a student's education by partnering them with full-time internships and providing hands-on experience. What you'll be doing:

  • Install, maintain and support operating system software, including the determination of errors and the application of corrections, as necessary.
  • Diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems.  Recommend or perform minor remedial actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operations.
  • Install, maintain and support network and data communication hardware and software.
  • Provide second level of trouble-shooting in resolving problems.
  • Work with helpdesk to provide proper levels of customer service based on customer needs.
  • Performs related work as required.
