General Summary:

Support field Account Managers through coordination of post sales activities including but not limited to: shipping coordination, billing inquires, and return goods requests.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Provides support to internal/external customers, Regional Account Managers and Account Managers through multiple lines of communication
  • Answers inquiries regarding order status, moving order build dates, additional bills or order changes
  • Relay feedback from  Regional Account Managers and Account Managers to improve overall customer service experience
  • Investigate and execute credit requests
  • Update order change forms and ensure the appropriate parties are updated
  • Provides backup assistance to the order entry function including entering new orders, shipping and order changes and credit rebills.
  • Logs field problems.
  • Manage pre-sale actives through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.
  • Processes in-house changes in accordance with appropriate guidelines.


Job Qualifications:

  • Basic customer Service skills are required as well as the ability to communicate through multiple lines of communication
  • Must have the ability to prioritize workloads timely, effectively and operate in a fast paced environment
  • 0-1 year experience required. Previous business experience is helpful but not required
