The Marketing Manager will be responsible for learning and understanding the critical needs of the Greenheck brand and mechanical representative partners, taking that expertise and knowledge to create plans and programs that will drive awareness and market share growth. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Creative Manager and Greenheck product business units, you will own and execute targeted, omni-channel marketing plans. This role is accountable for the creation, deployment, and analysis of marketing activities for owned projects.  We’re looking for a strategic thinker who desires to help grow and position a 75-year-old brand for the future by thinking outside-the-box, taking initiative, and living our core values.  


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Create, deliver, and manage project-based marketing plans, media channel mix and budget.


  • Develop, execute, and refine marketing campaigns for your assigned projects to build awareness, generate customer engagement.


  • Manage all aspects of email planning and segmentation process. Build customer journeys and promotional messaging.


  • Use digital marketing to drive awareness and customer engagement.


  • Partner with cross-functional team to ensure that all Greenheck marketing efforts are on brand and align with the overall Greenheck marketing strategy.


  • Maintain forward-looking marketing calendar (weekly, monthly, quarterly) of marketing events, by project, business unit and media channel.


  • Partner with business units and marketing team to enhance content development across all media channels, including blog, video, whitepapers etc.


  • Measure and report performance of owned marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPI’s)


  • Manage coordination of literature approval and certification with Air Movement Control Association International (AMCA) and other certification boards.


Monitor competitive landscape, provide insight and recommendations to drive Greenheck’s marketing programs forward.



Job Qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in marketing. Experience working within B2B manufacturing or like filed a plus
  • Comfortable developing marketing strategies and provide leadership and guidance to help execute marketing plans
  • Proficient in a marketing automation or CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with close attention to detail
