The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for improving project efficiency, customer satisfaction and help provide an outstanding Greenheck brand experience. Partnering with marketing, sales, and business units, this position will organize and manage all marketing projects. Through strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects, this position will help drive the Greenheck brand forward.



Principal Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Work with key stakeholders to gather assets and project information used in the development of strategic and creative briefs written by Director of Marketing and Creative Manager
  • Collaborate closely with Business Units, marketing, and vendors to monitor and assess project timelines and assist in driving projects to on time completion and client satisfaction
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings that bring together groups across the organization
  • Create, manage, and update documentation and timelines in our internal project management application
  • Assist in prioritization of projects, manage each aspect of in-progress projects, and ensure "on-deck" projects move forward in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage and maintain brand content calendar, including scheduling email deployment, social media post deployment and blog posts




Job Qualifications:


  • Excellent organizational skills, enjoy team collaboration, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 3+ Years’ experience in a role managing customer facing, value added projects.
  • Marketing/Advertising Agency experience a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Prior experience or familiarity with project management applications (Asana, Work Front, Trello)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business Management, or similar field
