The Greenheck Group is searching for a strategic thinker, project orientated Marketing Specialist for their growing team. This role will be responsible for marketing projects specific to business units, including literature and media development, competitive pricing comparisons and competitive product studies, as well as support our customer service team as Greenheck develops online commerce and distributor programs.

 

As Greenheck’s Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Participate in competitive product research to define product development objectives
  • Coordinate Greenheck website and electronic media upgrades by making recommendations for improvement and updating site information
  • Create presentations to display and support sales efforts
  • Contribute to promotional literature including advertorials, magazine ads, rep promotions and press releases
  • Effectively promote and demonstrate Greenheck and product capabilities by participating in product shows and displays
  • Conduct market research and promotion as it relates to product sales, forecasting, pricing, distribution and global opportunities
  • Maintain information in Product Information Management (PIM) system for marketing needs
  • Support distributor and online channel product line expansion, product obsolescence and product changes
  • Provide customer service support via phone, email and online chat
  • Provide account review for distributor customer short-pay, warranty and marketing funding deductions
  • Maintain and coordinate channel scorecard metrics, working with scheduling and logistics teams
  • Strategically drive projects by coordinating and gather necessary information

 

Our Marketing Specialist must have:

  • +3 years  of relevant work experience in marketing, public relations or advertising
  • Four-year college degree in related program
