General Summary:

  • Assist with the coordination of training activities while providing food, beverage, and ground transportation to employees, customers, and sales representatives.
  • Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide ground transportation services to Greenheck employees, customers, or sales representatives
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of scheduled training activities.  These activities may occur in the evenings or on weekends
  • Coordination of company vehicle maintenance, including fueling, oil changes and washing
  • Provide food and beverages to Education Center customers
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of Education Center items including all beverages and snacks
  • Assist in clerical projects as needed


Job Qualifications:

  • Work requires the level of knowledge normally acquired in the course of completing high school, e.g. basic algebra, geometric calculations, recordkeeping, clearly convey thoughts in writing, and/or deal effectively with people
  • Between 0-12 months work experience
  • This position requires traveling to and from various locations across town.
  • Applicants must be at least 22 years of age
  • Work will be based on based need which may require attendance on evenings and weekends
  • This is a part time position that will work a maximum of 24 hours per week
  • 2- 4 hour time slots, 4 days per weeks, 40 weeks per year
  • 24 – 168 hour prior scheduling notice
  • Evenings/weekends are mandatory and days preferred


Business Unit Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive  Mini MLC truck/trailer combinations to various Greenheck partnered independent mechanical representative offices across the US and Canada
  • Maintain travel records, expense account for corporate credit card purchases
  • Fly to and from locations to drive truck/trailer
  • Facilitate training sessions by utilizing guided instructional manual
  • Must be able to work full time hours with overtime while driving MLC
  • Must be able to travel with MLC for +2 weeks at a time
  • Qualify and carry a commercial medical driver card required to drive a 10,001+ pound commercial vehicle interstate
  • Have an overall knowledge of and exhibit Greenheck’s business practices, ethics and core values
  • Have an overall knowledge of Greenheck product and the ability to present this information to customers
  • Acquire passport for travel to Canada
  • Basic knowledge of driving truck/trailer combination and mechanically inclined to diagnose problems that might occur on the road
