General Summary:

Assist the CVI - FETI marketing group in achieveing overall sales ojectives by providing marketing, sales and  application support.

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide in-depth technical support via phone and e-mail for both internal and external sales people in the areas of product selection and application of Centrifugal  products.
  • Maintain high level of product knowledge and familiarity with the competitor's products and apply this knowledge to Greenheck's advantage.
  • Support iParts, create quotations and guide users  
  • Prepare quotations for special design requests and coordinate with internal resources to ensure the company can meet its commitments.
  • Identify and find solutions to field application problems.
  • Lead sales training seminars, product center and factory tours.
  • Gather feedback from reps and end-users on product design, customer service and market competition and report to manager on a consistent basis.
  • Assist in field service issues when required
  • Maintain Greenheck’s culture of being the "easiest company to do business with".
  • Prioritizes customer requests.
  • Make decisions on SDRs based on impact to the business unit.
  • Assist with the development of internal sales and product training seminars.
  • Provide input on market studies
  • Review product literature and selection programs and provide input for changes.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Other tasks or responsibilities as directed

 

Job Qualifications:

Work requires a professional level of knowledge in a Technical Support role, which is equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a regular two-year college program.

 

Demonstrated problem solver.

 

High level of enthusiasm, integrity and professionalism.

 

Between 0-3 years of applicable work experience is required.
