Your opportunity:

Greenheck Group’s internal supplier of custom machinery & automation solutions is looking to add an experienced Project Management Specialist to the team. In this position, you will play a key role on the team creating and maintaining multiple project plans simultaneously while communicating timelines and budget status to leadership and customers. This is a full-time on-site position, working with the team in Schofield, Wisconsin.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinates efforts to develop project communication structure and plan with project team members.
  • Work with project team to organize upward project communication to sponsors, stakeholders and program managers.
  • Propose project process best practices as identified during project facilitation or road map development.
  • Prepares and maintains project plans, tracks project progress, and prepares reports for leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Responsible for compiling and interpreting timeline and project risk data. Discusses more complex issues with the team as needed to collaborate on alternative solutions.
  • Reviews project requirements, analyzes and identifies interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers, delegates responsibilities to area leaders, and confirms that work is completed as planned.
  • Maintains project-related documentation, including open items lists, Gannt timelines, and budget details.
  • Schedules cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration.
  • Coordinates tasks and provides professional administrative support to one or more project teams.

Some things we think you should know:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Possesses working knowledge of Gannt charts and timeline creation.
  • Prefer familiarity with Microsoft Project and Excel or Smartsheet.com.
  • Minimal travel is required
  • This is a full-time on-site position

What you should have:

  • Required 2-4 years of relevant work experience in project management and managing multiple project plans.
  • Required 2 Year / Associate Degree
  • Preferred 4 Year / Bachelor’s degree
