We are looking for a Sales Admin Supervisor to identify, define, manage and track process improvement efforts within the business unit.  This will include, but is not limited to, defining current business processes and the exploration of new processes and tools.  Work with internal customers to analyze and revise existing system logic and documentation as necessary.  Managing the daily workload is primary, in addition to assisting with the administration for our customer relationship management system (CRM). 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and leadership to direct reports to manage daily tasks.
  • Participate in or lead several projects that relate directly to customer satisfaction, productivity gains, and/or cost savings.  
  • Lead projects for the internal sales and business unit teams to define bottlenecks, enhance systems, processes, workflow, and other opportunities for improvement within the department. 
  • Develop, document, maintain, and audit procedures
  • Maintain current working knowledge of internal systems used to process orders and associated transactions.
  • Assist Director with the creation and prioritization of department projects.

Business Unit Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as business process administrator for the current customer relationship management program.
  • Conduct regular maintenance of accounts, contacts, opportunities, and projects within the CRM system.
  • Monitor, recommend, and resolve any data quality issues between CRM and ERP systems.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of a data governance strategy for organizational data.
  • Serve as a liaison between Business and Functional areas and technology to ensure that data related business requirements for protecting all data are clearly defined, communicated and well understood.
  • Assist with identification, definition, and prioritization of business process improvement projects in support of the CRM requirements by department/trademark.
  • Collaborate with IT CRM Administrator to enhance the CRM system based on system upgrades or business unit requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Between 3-5 years of work experience in a supervisory role is required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system; Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • High level of analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess strong leadership skills and excellent customer service skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
