This position will be responsible for the implementation and analysis of the organization's compensation programs following established standards and policies so these programs are administered effectively, and in accordance with the organization's reward strategy.  This individual will be a member of our HR team providing job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, and compensation survey analysis.  While understanding the key drivers of business performance, this individual will obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets, and advise leadership on strategic business decisions.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create monthly reporting tools that provide insight into past performance and future trends
  • Administer and evaluate the organization’s incentive programs to ensure alignment with the organization’s  compensation strategies
  • Participate in annual compensation surveys
  • Gain detailed understanding of operating performance of each major area of the HR organization
  • Develop financial models and other analytical tools to help address business needs
  • Provide analysis in support of management meetings and presentations
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned
  • Tasks involve the creation of new procedures, processes, or relationships, often responsible for identifying changes that need to be made in current procedures

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field or comparable job experience is required
  • At least 5 years of related experience  
  • Advanced knowledge and experience using Excel
  • Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Strong analytical ability required.  Analysis requires breaking down of information to determine its elements and interpretation of data to identify trends in situations where the problems are complex
