Title:  Server Administrator

Greenheck Group is currently hiring for a Server Administrator. The Server Administrator will be focused on the company IT infrastructure, including data center (compute and storage), systems administration, email and messaging, and the host/server infrastructure environment in addition to other duties as assigned  Sets up, configures, and supports private and public cloud servers and related infrastructure. Troubleshoots system performance issues and maintains service level agreement with the company.

Essential Job Duties:

• Oversees the daily operations of all systems, including capacity, configuration, maintenance, backup and related cyber security concerns.
• Coordinates technology deployments and upgrades for both domestic and international locations.
• Coordinate the work of vendor representatives assisting in system installation, maintenance, or upgrades.
• Maintain good working relationships with manufacture vendors and support providers
• Work with support personnel in all areas of IT including Helpdesk, Desktop, Programming, Systems, and Analysis for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Participate in the development of the IT budget and strategic plans
• Attend technical conferences, formal training classes, and seminars to keep abreast of new hardware and software product developments.
• Performs related work as required.
• Travel to various locations domestic and international as needed.
• Occasionally work during non-business hours to perform maintenance and installations.

education/Experience:

• Bachelors and two (2) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
