As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible to coordinate the scheduling and execution of factory managed service programs (start-up, equipment certification, emergency service dispatch) with independent factory authorized servicer (FAS) companies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate the scheduling and execution of factory managed service programs (start-up, equipment certification, emergency service dispatch) with independent factory authorized servicer (FAS) companies.
  • Work with Sales/Marketing, Engineering, Order Entry, and Manufacturing within the business unit to ensure projects and orders flow through the company systems and that the final product meets the needs of the customer.
  • Provide front-line customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Use Accurex approved software to manage end user and contractor activity and track job progress.
  • Document, track and follow up on service requests and questions to provide acceptable solutions from time of sale to completion of service.
  • Provide input to improve policies and procedures to better service customers and improve efficiency between internal functions (i.e. sales, engineering and manufacturing) and external vendors.
  • Troubleshoot order errors, requiring product and system knowledge.
  • Review and document service invoices to ensure they are acceptable to process for payment.

What you should have:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-3 of work experience is required with customer facing experience and the ability to handle multiple dispatch requests at a time
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
