Position Logistics: For the right candidate, this position can have hybrid flexibility if within a commutable distance to one of regional campus locations (Tulsa, OK | Shelby, NC | Schofield, WI). There may be frequent travel to Schofield, WI for training and occassional required in-person meetings. 


Your Opportunity:

As the Benefits Coordinator at Greenheck Group, you will be responsible for administering the organization’s benefit and leave programs. You will make an impact on the Greenheck Group’s team members and their families as you help navigate through benefit and leave related questions. You, alongside additional benefit colleague, will serve as the point of contact for 4,000 team members company wide.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide customer service and support for various team member benefit programs, assisting in claims
  • Conduct benefit orientations, other benefit-related meetings and provide explanation of self-enrollment system
  • Ensure accurate benefit changes are entered appropriately in systems
  • Partner with vendors/carriers
  • Work in benefits systems, including workflow processes and communications portal updates
  • Execute reporting and provide invoice review support
  • Assist with distribution of required team member notices
  • Assist with processes related to leave of absences, work accommodations and unemployment


Somethings we think you should know:

  • Due to the nature of this role’s responsibilities, the Benefits Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position and will reside in our Schofield, WI campus. Some accommodations can be made on an occasional, case by case basis.
  • Hours will be between 7AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday to meet the needs of the business.
  • We are currently hiring (2) Benefits Coordinators. One will have focus in ADA and will be required to have previous ADA experience.


What you should have:

  • Associate degree in related field and/or combination of education and experience may be considered
  • +1 year of related benefits experience required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with varying audiences
  • ADA experience for one opening will be required
