Our Tulsa operations is continuing to build and you have the opportunity to be a part of it! Greenheck is adding a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance mechanics and automation/controls technicians. With direction from corporate objectives, you will be responsible for continuously improving machine availability and reliability, while preserving superior product quality, safety and employee relations.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and scheduling the development of weekly schedule for planned maintenance activities. Execute and adjust as necessary.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to equipment breakdown and emergency work orders.
  • Ensure all maintenance excellence practices, policies and procedures are followed. Utilize CMMS to manage maintenance activities.
  • Train and develop mechanics and technicians

The ideal candidate for our Maintenance Supervisor will have:

  • 3-5 years of related, progressive work experience
  • Technical/specialized training
