Greenheck Group is expanding to the Tulsa area, and we’re searching for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This position will be responsible for the set up of new equipment at our expanding location, and performing routine and extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of building and equipment.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on building and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Assist in GPS pit stops (Kaizen events)
  • Create new or replacement parts for various machines via existing fabrication equipment
  • Assist manufacturing engineers in specifying required repair parts
  • Utilize maintenance software daily for prioritizing work and recording results
  • Participate in training as required by new processes and equipment to safely perform maintenance and operate
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance and housekeeping (5S) of own work area and tools
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed based on safety guidelines
  • Other miscellaneous duties as needed


Job Specifications:

  • In addition to a HS/GED, a two year maintenance tech degree or equivalent is required
  • OSHA 10 Hour Certification preferred
  • At least two years of prior maintenance experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Standing for a minimum of 8 hours daily
  • Continuous lifting, climbing, kneeling, pulling, bending, etc
  • Moderate level of concentration and analytical ability with a high focus on safety and quality
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
  • Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, and read measuring devices
  • Basic math and computer skills required
  • Ability to safely operate equipment (material handling equipment)
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings and equipment owner manuals
  • Exceptional problem solving and time management skills (work independently)
  • Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Basic knowledge of electrical schematics and controls
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
