Greenheck’s Systems Analyst II – Sales is responsible for formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems. They will prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written and analyzes/revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Systems Analysts work on most phases of applications systems analysis activities, but requires instruction and guidance in other phases.

As the Systems Analyst II – Sales, you will:

  • Document business processes.  Meets with users, project leaders and management to discuss and plan guidelines and criteria for documentation of a system, program, project plan, and timelines.
  • Create effective documents that are clear, succinct, accurate, and appropriately detailed.
  • Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
  • Understand basic root-cause of problems and propose possible solutions within the scope of current Greenheck systems, test and identify best solution, create solution document and describe/sell chosen solution.
  • Create standard to moderately complex technical design specifications from functional requirements including: system use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, system design models, pseudo code, etc.  Some programming knowledge is required.  May need to work with programmers to clarify during development.
  • Collaborate with project teams.  Manage tasks assigned to them and provide estimated time of completion.  Understands and can apply project management methodologies.
  • Build solid relationships with peers and customers and train end users on processes and transactions. 
  • Recognizes change management issues and works with others to resolve.
  • Business Unit specific duties include:
  • Work closely with Sales IT and Digital Solutions teams to assist in the definition of system requirements for improvement across the company. 
  • Understand business process management and business requirements of internal and external clients and translate them to functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP, or any order management systems (OMS).
  • Assist to identify, define, and prioritize product configuration projects.
  • Engage in activities to support and maintain current systems, including issue management, user acceptance testing, communication, and change management.
  • Assist to manage, prioritize, and implement SAP, CAPS and CRM work tickets
  • Act as an interface between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
  • Gather feedback from key stakeholders to influence solution design and approach, and lead prioritization of requirements
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology, and Microsoft’s product offerings and enhancements



  • Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience or a four-year degree with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
  • SAP experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Sales and Distribution systems and their integrations with Finance in a manufacturing environment is required.   Additional experience with materials management, production planning, and business intelligence and reporting is preferred.
  • Experience with reading and debugging system code
  • Ability to learn new programming languages in order to be able to analyst and decipher logic
  • Knowledge of Agile project management
  • Knowledge of MS office, with Intermediate level of Word and Excel. 
  • A solid understanding of data modeling, mapping and ETL processes
  • Experience with customer service, sales and business unit support is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate through all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines
  • Experience with reporting tools
  • Experience with new approaches for user interface applications
