Your Opportunity:
As the Compensation Analyst/Sr. Compensation Analyst at Greenheck Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of the organization’s compensation programs. You will impact Greenheck Group by ensuring team member compensation records are maintained, compensation data is available to support company decision making and ensure Greenheck Group’s competitive position in the labor market is monitored.
What you’ll be doing:
- Performs analytical support activities to develop, administer and communicate compensation policies and programs
- Provide consultation and strategic partnership on compensation matters to HR and the business by delivering compensation solutions that support business objectives
- Evaluate job descriptions to ensure proper job alignment and FLSA compliance
- Input to surveys and analyze market data and other compensation related resources to identify relevant trends and key metrics and develop recommendations for Greenheck’s pay programs.
- Identify additional survey/market intelligence sources as needed
- Audits compensation data to ensure compliance with organization’s pay policies and practices and ensure compliance with all related regulations including FLSA and pay equity
- Develop competitive compensation programs aligned to Greenheck’s pay practices

Deliver competitive compensation programs including annual base pay increases, bonuses and equity programs
- Facilitate the annual salary/headcount budgeting process, providing relevant data, making recommendations as appropriate and coordinating the budget roll-up in a timely manner. Prepare periodic budget update reports for executive staff to monitor budget variance throughout the fiscal year.
- Make recommendations to streamline salary administration procedures to eliminate time, paper and protect confidentiality
What you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred. However, a combination of education/experience will be considered.
- +5 years of comepensation related experience is required
