As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the internal recruiting process for Tulsa, OK production positions. This experience will allow you visibility to Greenheck Group’s production structure and ability to work on recruiting initiatives to continue to put Greenheck Group at a competitive advantage to attract the best talent to fill these vital positions.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate and support tasks in all aspects of the full life cycle recruitment process, including:
    • Coordination of phone screens, virtual and on-site interviews – ensuring candidate experience remains top of mind
    • Creating compelling job advertisements for production positions
    • Assisting with pre-employment for new hires
    • Support onboarding process and assist with new hire paperwork
  • Serves as a first point of contact for internal and external customers with inquiries about production openings
  • Manages job board accounts on production recruiting behalf, such as Indeed
  • Maintain company ATS
  • Supports recruiters with coordination of recruiting events
  • Participate in recruiting projects that improves processes, quality of candidates and supports overall company initiatives to obtain and retain top talent


What it takes:

  • High school diploma required. Education in an HR related discipline preferred
  • +1 year of HR experience, preferrably in recruiting
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Interest to grow skills and knowledge, adapt to evolving company
