General Summary:
Greenheck Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to directly supervise manufacturing operations on 2nd shift. You will be supporting corporate net sales objectives by striving to continually meet or exceed production plans, schedule attainment metrics, productivity goals, and other key performance indicators while maintaining superior product quality, a safe work environment, and employee relations. You will directly supervise and lead production employees in the shop.
The Greenheck Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program is designed to provide recent college graduates with foundational leadership experience in operations to prepare for future leadership roles within Greenheck. Successful candidates will have graduated with a degree in business, supply chain, operations management, supply chain or engineering.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR ROLE: 2nd shift for 18-24 months
- Supervise a group of 30 employees to achieve safety, production, and customer targets
- Learn and apply tools and techniques to drive employee engagement and build effective teams
- Learn manufacturing processes and how to align resources to achieve successful outcomes
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities
